At a year old I was sure that Kate was something special. She is tenacious on pheasant, with a natural point and has never refused a water retrieve. Kate and I were introduced to tournament hunting in 1999, placing 3rd in our first competition. The hook was set!
Her brood has excelled in all facets of retriever competition, as well as delighting many hunting homes.
Kate was laid to rest in May 2008.

Dazzle is the hardest natural pointing labrador I have ever hunted behind. She does not know the word "whoa," but will hold point until you kick up the bird. A true delight, 60 pounds of pure bird dog.
Dazzle is a litter mate to Lord Baltimore (Lordy) an outstanding tournament champion, AKC Senior Hunter and Certified Pointer, owned by Mike Carosello.
Tramp is almost exclusively a tournament hunting dog. She's at home in the water, but is used mainly for upland fowl. She has a natural point and excellent conformation. Tramp is very fast, intense and 63 pounds of muscle. She makes every hunt memorable.

Bella is a very BIG dog in a 50 lb. package. She is probably the fastest, most intelligent dog I've ever owned. She's extremely intense in the field, but very controllable. An outstanding water dog.
If there is such a thing as water races for retreivers, I'm in!
